Vestel Windsor Electric Water Heater Leaks Persist Despite Service

I reported an issue with my Vestel Windsor electric water heater (complaint ID: 0009968500) on October 28, stating that water was leaking from the electrical connection area. Vestel’s authorized service team inspected it and claimed the issue was due to an outdated pressure reducer and water hoses, though the internal components were supposedly fine.
When I asked about replacing the internal parts, they informed me that they couldn’t do so without authorization from the factory or headquarters. Later, they returned to replace the internal components, but the water leakage from the electrical connection persists. This raises serious safety concerns.
Despite detailing my concerns and requesting service from a different authorized team, Vestel refuses to send technicians from outside the Kadıköy branch. Given the poor treatment I’ve experienced and my lack of trust in this service center, I demand Vestel promptly send another team to resolve this issue. This ongoing problem needs immediate attention for safety and functionality.
