Windsor Water Heater Failed Right After Warranty Expired – Poor Quality & No Support

I purchased a Windsor water heater, and just as the 2-year warranty expired, it broke down. The tank developed a crack and started leaking water. This unit has never been moved, was installed by an authorized service team, and has been sitting untouched since installation.

How is it possible that the tank cracks immediately after the warranty period ends? This only proves that the product is poor quality and not built to last.

To make things worse, the company refuses to take responsibility. They do not stand behind their product, and customer satisfaction is nonexistent. If you’re considering buying a Windsor water heater, think again! It’s a waste of money!
