First we thought it was broken all together, upon contacting Whirlpool, they advised me to order a replacement filter, emphasizing the importance of changing it every six months. However, despite placing the order weeks ago, the new filter has yet to arrive. With summer fast approaching, the need for ice is becoming critical, and the delay in receiving the replacement filter is causing significant inconvenience. Whirlpool needs to address this issue promptly to ensure customers receive timely replacements for essential components like the ice machine water filter, that what makes this machine work, otherwise it’s just rubbish!
