Whirlpool Fridge 5 Years Cover But Ice Maker Not In It
When I bought a Whirlpool fridge, I thought their 5-year warranty would cover me like they are a big firm, with good standing… It only took 18 months for my ice maker to stop working. called customer service and hoped they could help me right away. Instead, I got a rude awakening: the warranty doesn't cover the ice maker, now I have to buy bags of ice every time I have friends or family over because the ice maker just sits there all one big piece opf ice. I paid a lot of money for an appliance I thought was the best, but I felt ripped off. The fridge is fine, but the built-in ice maker just won't work, they keep offering me a paid replacement. If you're not going to cover something as important as the ice maker under the warranty, tell your customers.
