They Didn't Install My Whirlpool Properly, No Show Repair

Waiting for some time, the company's workers finally brought my new washing machine and put it in. It looked like they did a quick test to make sure it worked, but they left before it was even done because I tried it myself and it didn’t drain, quickly set up a time to fix the machine for 9:30 in the morning so that this could be fixed as soon as possible but they didn’t come. spent all day trying to get in touch with them but haven't been able to. They don't seem to care about what customers have to say. When I finally got through to someone after many failed attempts, but they told me to wait for the mechanics to show up. That's it? Not sure about you, but I don't think it's fun to wait all day for a repair that might or might not happen. I need my machine to work because I have a lot of laundry to do!
