WhatsApp Called Me from +91 (India) Without My Consent – Major Privacy Concern

On February 5, 2025, I received a WhatsApp call from a number with the +91 country code. After looking it up, I found that this code belongs to India—a country I have no personal or business connections with. This unsolicited call made me extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about my privacy and data security.

I immediately blocked the number, but I demand to know how my phone number was accessed by an unknown caller. I am highly concerned that my WhatsApp account or personal data may have been compromised. If my private information (messages, photos, etc.) has been accessed, or if my number is misused for fraudulent activities such as company registration, purchases, or debt in my name, I hold WhatsApp fully responsible.

I expect WhatsApp to take immediate action to prevent unauthorized access and protect user data. This is a serious security risk, and I demand a clear response from WhatsApp!
