WhatsApp Allowed a Suspicious +91 Number to Message Me Without My Consent

I received a message on WhatsApp from a number with the +91 country code. Upon researching online, I found out that this code belongs to India. I have no personal or business connection with this country, and I was very disturbed by this situation. I have blocked the number that sent the message. I am filing a complaint. I declare that I do not accept any responsibility in the event of my account information being compromised, my phone number being used without permission, or my private information, messages, and photos being accessed; or if a company is established in my name, purchases are made, or debts are issued under my name. All responsibility lies with WhatsApp.
