Unauthorized Messages on WhatsApp
I just received unwanted WhatsApp messages from two foreign numbers, one with a +62 code and the other with a +27 code. The texts were just "hello." Concerned about these communications, I blocked both numbers and filed a complaint through WhatsApp's complaint tool. I'd like to highlight that I'm filing a formal complaint about this. I take this matter seriously because I don't want to be held liable if my account information is compromised, my phone number is abused, or other fraudulent acts occur. I want to be clear that I will not assume liability in such cases. I hold WhatsApp responsible for protecting user privacy and the security of my personal information. If any unlawful acts are taken using my account or phone number, WhatsApp is fully responsible. It's imperative that the necessary measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
