On 2025-07-02, I received an unsolicited message on WhatsApp from a number starting with the +91 country code. Upon researching, I discovered that this number is registered in India. I have no personal or business connections with India, which makes this message highly suspicious and alarming for me.

I immediately blocked the sender to protect my privacy. However, I am extremely concerned about how my phone number was accessed without my consent. I have never shared my WhatsApp contact publicly or with any third parties related to India. This situation has caused me significant stress and anxiety over the possible misuse of my personal data.
