I Face a Random WhatsApp Message From a U.K. Number (+44) and Feel Unsafe

On October 6, 2025, around 11:50 PM, I received a WhatsApp message from the number +44 7723 442078, which has a United Kingdom country code. I have no connection, acquaintances, or commercial relationship with anyone in that country. After receiving the message, I immediately reported and blocked the number, but I was deeply disturbed by the incident.

I use WhatsApp on my iPhone and have not noticed any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to my account. However, I do not have additional security measures such as two-step verification enabled. Aside from this incident, I have not experienced anything similar on any other platform, nor have I yet contacted WhatsApp about it.

If my account information is compromised, my phone number is misused, or any debts are issued in my name, I will not accept any responsibility. I clearly state that WhatsApp bears full responsibility for any possible consequences arising from this situation.
