Western Union Transfers Are Now Difficult—Unable to Withdraw Money Easily

I used to easily complete Western Union transactions through bank applications, but now the process has become incredibly frustrating. Withdrawing money has turned into a nightmare.
A few months ago, I tried to collect €5,000 sent to me through Western Union. I visited multiple banks and Western Union offices, only to be turned away at every single one.
Banks told me they no longer process WU transactions at their counters and that I should use mobile banking.
However, the mobile app directed me back to physical bank branches, saying transactions must be completed in person.
When I went to Western Union offices, I was told, "We don’t keep that much cash on hand."
This endless cycle of confusion and denial made it impossible for me to withdraw my money. Western Union, fix this system! If you continue making transactions this difficult, customers will switch to your competitors. Has anyone else faced this issue? I demand an immediate solution!
