Western Union Isn't a Trustworthy Worker When You Needed Most

l am blocked by WESTERN UNION from using their agent banks' mobile applications with cheaper commissions to send monthly small allotments to my family in the Philippines. I did the same thing for the last 3 years easily, l am a retired one living in Istanbul. Western Union Turkiye rejected and blocked my last two transfers for a week before refunding and not accepting another. Their explanation was because of their safety regulations I must fill out a long form of questions on their site which includes proofs of my income. It seems to me that the real cause is cheaper commissions on mobile banking's Western Union applications. They have been given very easily Francishes recently as their secondary workings to many small businesses which are popped out on every street with increasing numbers but charges by double, triple higher commissions than our using Banks mobile phone applications of Western Union. By the way, they need a lot of customers and we prefer easier and cheaper ways instead of their shops. Western Union makes it impossible or harder for us to use mobile applications.
