Western Union Branch in Kurucesme Refuses to Provide Dollar Withdrawal

I have been using Western Union for years, and I went in to withdraw the $155 sent to me. The clerk asked, 'How much are you withdrawing?' I replied, '$155,' and they said, 'We exchange dollars at 30₺.' I responded that I was not there to exchange dollars, but to receive my money in dollars. Then they said, 'We don't have dollars.'
