Unable to Withdraw Foreign Currency Sent to My Account via Western Union

I recently received a foreign currency transfer to my account from abroad and went to Western Union to withdraw it. I explained the situation to the staff, but they told me I could only receive the money in Turkish Lira, not in the original foreign currency. I tried another branch, but I got the same response. I even visited my bank, and they directed me back to Western Union. In the end, I couldn't withdraw my money. How can I receive the funds in the foreign currency that was sent? I need a solution for this issue as soon as possible.
