35 Days Without Resolution for My Case with Western Union

I opened a case on July 11th, and it's been 35 days and still no resolution in sight. It's been a frustrating 45 days since I haven't been able to receive the money sent to me from Germany. I've been having a major issue with Western Union. They've decided to hold onto my funds for an absurdly long time, and to make matters worse, they still haven't resolved my case. If this situation isn't fixed soon, I'll report it to the prosecutor's office and file a criminal complaint.
