Western Union €800 Germany Transfer Stuck and Refund Pending

On 27/02/2024, I sent 800 euros via Western Union to a friend in Germany. Unfortunately, my friend was unable to receive the money, so I had to request a refund. Despite creating two requests, the money has still not been refunded. When I inquired about the refund, they informed me that there is no specific timeframe for it. Despite the exorbitant fee they charge for instant money transfers, it's disheartening that my refund request has been pending for a staggering 70 days. I'm deeply troubled by the company's actions.
