Money Sent via Western Union from Germany to Turkey Still Not in My Account After 3 Days

I had money sent to my account from Germany via Western Union, but it hasn’t arrived after 3 days. I’m losing out on exchange rates, and if the funds don’t show up today, I will file a formal complaint with the prosecutor's office against Western Union.
