Money Sent via Western Union from Germany to Turkey Still Not in My Account After 3 Days

I had money sent to my account from Germany via Western Union, but it hasn’t arrived after 3 days. I’m losing out on exchange rates, and if the funds don’t show up today, I will file a formal complaint with the prosecutor's office against Western Union. This delay is unacceptable, and I want to know who will cover the financial losses I’m facing. Western Union needs to resolve this issue immediately and compensate for the delay!
