WePlay Wrongfully Device-Banned My Account After ID Was Misused

I’m a regular, paying user of the WePlay app, and I’ve consistently loaded money into the platform. However, my account was recently device-banned without any justification. After looking into it, I found out that another user had shared my ID code with others, which caused my account to be flagged and banned. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted so I can access my account again.
