I Got Unfairly Banned on WePlay After Reinstalling the App Multiple Times

My WePlay account was banned without any valid reason, and I’m asking for immediate help to restore it. I haven’t violated any rules or terms of service. The only thing I did was reinstall the app a few times due to performance issues with my device. That’s it—no offensive behavior, no cheating, no harassment. Yet my account has been suspended, and I’m completely locked out.

I’ve tried contacting customer support, but they don’t respond. In the past, I could at least get help via Instagram, but now there seems to be no one handling support at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to be cut off without explanation—especially when I need my account to stay in touch with my friends.

Please review my case and lift the ban on my account as soon as possible. I’m a regular user who just wants fair access to the app. I expect someone from the WePlay team to respond and resolve this unjust situation promptly. Don’t let loyal users be ignored.
