WePlay Support Fails to Respond After Account Ban
I was using the WePlay app on my Android device when my account and device were suddenly banned without any valid reason, shortly after I started using it, approximately within the first hour. I was simply playing normally and did not use any cheats, third‑party tools, or violate any rules that I am aware of, yet I can no longer access my account and only see a ban message when I try to log in. After this happened, I tried to contact WePlay support to understand why my account and device were banned and to request a review, but I have not received any response so far. Being banned so quickly and without explanation is very upsetting and makes the situation feel unfair. I kindly request that my account and device ban be reviewed in detail and that my account be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using the app. If there is any specific reason claimed for this ban, I also ask that it be clearly shared with me so I can understand and avoid any similar issue in the future.
