My WePlay Account Banned Without Explanation

I have been using the WePlay application, and about one month ago, my WePlay account was suddenly banned without any clear reason. Since then, I have not been able to access my account, and this situation has been ongoing for approximately one month. I tried to reach WePlay support about this ban, but I have not received any response so far, and I still do not know why my account was banned. This is very upsetting because I was only using the WePlay app normally. I kindly request that my banned WePlay account be reactivated and that any restriction on my account be removed. I also want to be informed clearly about the reason for the ban.
