My WePlay account (ID: 36242800) was suddenly banned without any explanation. I was using the app on an Android device, and I never received any warnings or violation notices. I had been logging in regularly, yet my account was banned. Despite trying to contact WePlay customer support, I have not received any response at all. I am requesting that the ban on my account be lifted immediately, as I do not want all of my time, effort, and money to go to waste. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
