WePlay Coin Purchase Failed—Money Deducted, but No Coins Received
At 7:44 AM this morning, I attempted to purchase coins on WePlay. The payment was successfully sent, but the coins never appeared in my account. Even worse, the money was not refunded either.
I have tried everything to resolve this issue, but nothing has worked. I expect WePlay to either credit the missing coins to my account or refund my payment immediately. This kind of problem is unacceptable for a platform that handles digital transactions.
If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible, I will be escalating my complaint to higher authorities. Please fix this problem now and provide the refund or coins I paid for!
