On 21/05/2026, my device associated with Pukhraj was banned, and since then I have not been able to log in and use it properly. I do not know the reason for this ban and I have been left unable to access my device and the related services. I request that my device be fully unbanned as soon as possible so that I can log in and use it again under normal conditions, or that a clear explanation and solution be provided for this restriction.
