WePlay Account Access Issue - Old Phone Number Blocks Login for My ID

I bought my WePlay account with ID 99562259 a long time ago and have had no problems with it since. Sadly, the phone number I used to sign up for the account is no longer in service. When I try to log in, the system sends a verification code to this number, which is no longer operational, thus I can't get into my account. I have already been in touch with the WePlay support team through the help section and given them all my account and contact information. Even so, I haven't been able to fix the problem. I'm reaching out again through this site in the hopes of getting back into my account. This has been really frustrating and disappointing for me because I have put a lot of time and work into this account. Please update my contact information or give me another way to log in so I can get back into my account.
