I Report Login Issue On WePlay Due To Inactive Phone Number On My Account

I purchased my WePlay account with ID 24065492 and have been using it for a long time without any issues. Unfortunately, the phone number I used to register the account is no longer active. When I try to log in, the system sends a verification code to this inactive number, preventing me from accessing my account.

I have already contacted your support team through the help section and provided all my contact information and account details. Despite this, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I am reaching out again through this platform in hopes of regaining access to my account.

This situation has caused significant frustration and disappointment, as I have spent a lot of time and effort on this account. I kindly request that you update my contact details or provide an alternative login method so I can access my account again.
