My WePlay Games / voice room account has been taken over by another person through deception and blackmail, and I urgently need to regain access.

My profile name on the account is “Liza.” Originally, my own phone number was linked to this account, and my Gmail is still connected to it. Around 5–6 months ago, a boy gained access to my account by tricking me into sharing OTP codes with him twice. After that, he added his own phone number to my account without my permission and removed my control over it.

Currently, all OTP codes are being sent to his phone number, and I am unable to log in or manage my own account. I previously contacted WePlay support, and they informed me that the number could be changed, but the OTP would still be sent to the currently linked number, which is his.

He is refusing to share any OTP codes and is openly saying that I will never regain access to my account. In addition, he is blackmailing me. He demanded $85 and threatened to spread false personal information about me if I do not comply. This is harassment and blackmail, and it is happening through my account, which he took over through manipulation.

I request that WePlay urgently remove his phone number from my account, revoke his access completely, and allow me to relink my own phone number and recover full control of my “Liza” account using my Gmail, which is still connected.

I also request that his actions be investigated and that strict action be taken against his account for cheating and blackmail. Please keep my complaint confidential and ensure my safety while resolving this issue.
