Weplay Account Recovery Fails Despite Linked Facebook Account

I have been unable to log in to the Weplay game on my Android phone since December 16, 2025. When I attempt to access my account, I am unable to log in because my phone number has been permanently deactivated, which has caused me to completely lose access to my game account.

My Weplay ID is 238354259, and the deactivated mobile number linked to my account is 8889405433. My Facebook account is also linked to this Weplay account. I contacted Weplay customer support regarding this issue, but despite my efforts, the access problem has not been resolved and I am still unable to use my account.

I kindly request that my deactivated mobile number be removed from my Weplay account so that I can log in exclusively through my linked Facebook account without being required to receive an OTP sent to the deactivated number. I would like to regain full access to my game account through this method.
