ECPAY Payment Successful But WePlay Red Packet Not Received

I am writing regarding an issue with an ECPAY bills payment I made at 7/11 San Carlos City, Pangasinan on April 28. I purchased a 3000 red packet worth 279 pesos for the game WePlay and paid through ECPAY at the 7/11 counter. The staff showed me on their computer that the ECPAY transaction was successfully sent to WePlay for what I bought, but I did not receive any red packet in my WePlay account. Despite the payment showing as successful on the 7/11 and ECPAY side, nothing was credited to my WePlay account. I have been very clear with the 7/11 staff that I did not receive what I paid for. My ECPAY transaction reference number is 2651-7054-4416, and my WePlay ID is: evon***.  I kindly request that the 3000 red packet I paid for be sent to my WePlay account or that an appropriate action be taken to resolve this failed delivery of service as soon as possible, since the amount has already been collected from me and the transaction is marked as successful on your system.
