I Keep Losing Balance on My WePlay Account Without Playing Any Games

I’m very frustrated with my experience on the WePlay platform. Despite not playing any games recently, my balance keeps dropping for no reason. Every time I log in, I notice that my credits have decreased, even though I haven’t joined a single match or participated in any event.

This situation makes no sense and has left me completely confused. I haven’t made any in-app purchases or joined any activities that would justify a deduction, yet my account balance continues to fall into the negative.

I demand an immediate investigation into this issue and a full explanation of why my balance is being drained without any activity on my part. This is not only unfair but feels like an unauthorized charge or a system error. Please correct this issue immediately and restore my balance.
