On July 19, I used WePDF for a single document and knowingly paid ₺16. That one-time payment was clear and approved by me. However, just a few days later, on July 22, I was shocked to find that ₺1649.52 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any SMS or email notification, I never approved this transaction, and I certainly did not subscribe to any service or membership.
This unauthorized withdrawal was made without warning, and I received no additional service in return for such a large charge. I only wanted a one-time file transaction, yet WePDF charged me as if I had subscribed to an ongoing plan. The lack of transparency and absence of approval makes this situation completely unacceptable.
I am demanding the immediate refund of the ₺1649.52 that was wrongfully taken from my account. I also request the urgent cancellation of any hidden subscription linked to my details and written confirmation that no future charges will occur. WePDF must resolve this issue promptly and stop billing customers without their explicit consent.
