I used WePDF for what was clearly advertised as a one-time service. The site stated that the fee would be just $0.50, and I approved that transaction expecting it to be the only charge. However, when I checked my account, I was shocked to see that ₺1922 had been withdrawn instead. This was done without my knowledge, without my consent, and without any additional service being requested or delivered.
After realizing the charge, I immediately sent an email to WePDF customer service requesting a refund, but I have not yet received any response. The silence from the company only adds to my frustration. Looking at reviews from other customers, I see that many people have reported experiencing the same problem, which makes this look like a recurring issue rather than a mistake.
I never signed up for a subscription, I never authorized recurring charges, and I only wanted a one-time document service. I am demanding the urgent refund of the ₺1922 that was taken from my account and confirmation that no hidden membership is linked to my details. WePDF must resolve this quickly and stop misleading customers with unauthorized charges.
