On September 30, I used WePDF to edit a PDF file and paid a one-time fee of just $0.50. I expected this to be the end of the transaction. However, only a few days later, on October 3, I was shocked to see that $49 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never agreed to this charge, I never subscribed to any service, and I certainly did not authorize a recurring payment.
When I searched online, I saw that many other customers reported the same problem on complaint forums, which shows this is not an isolated issue but a repeated pattern of unauthorized billing by WePDF. This practice feels misleading, deceptive, and completely unacceptable.
I am demanding the immediate refund of the $49 that was wrongfully taken from my account. I also expect written confirmation that no subscription exists in my name and that no future charges will occur. WePDF must take urgent action to stop charging users without consent and return the money to all affected customers, including myself.
