I Report Unauthorized ₺1916.69 Charge From WePDF After One-Time ₺19.53 Payment

On April 8, I knowingly made a one-time payment of ₺19.53 on the WePDF website for a service. That transaction was completed with my full approval, and I assumed it was the end of my interaction with the platform. However, to my shock, on April 14 at 21:47, an additional charge of ₺1916.69 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this payment, I did not approve any subscription, and I did not request any extra services.

This withdrawal was made entirely without my permission and feels like a clear case of unauthorized billing. The payment reference number is 9294162695, and I have verified that this charge was processed directly under WePDF’s name. No warning, no email notification, and no approval step were presented before this significant amount was taken.

I am filing this complaint to demand an immediate refund of the ₺1916.69 that was charged without my consent. I also request confirmation that any hidden subscription or automatic billing tied to my account has been permanently canceled. WePDF must correct this issue quickly and ensure that no further unauthorized withdrawals take place.
