Postegro Complaint — Unauthorized Withdrawal, No Support Contact Available
On September 27, 2025, ₺390 was withdrawn from my bank card without my consent through an app called Postegro. I did not download the app from the App Store but had accessed it through its website. I never knowingly created any membership or subscription; the only action I took was entering a one-time confirmation code that was sent during the process. After that, I did not receive any membership confirmation, subscription notice, or payment notification.
When I checked my App Store subscriptions, there was no record of this transaction. I also tried reaching Postegro’s support line, but I could not find any contact number or working help desk. On top of that, I discovered that this payment might be repeated on a weekly or monthly basis. I can clearly see the transaction details and receipt in my banking app, and I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
I demand that this unauthorized transaction be canceled, that any subscription tied to it be terminated, and that my ₺390 payment be refunded immediately.
