I bought 4 products and one of them was shampoo. They didn't wrap them and just put them in a box without attention. The shampoo bottle was empty because it all spilled in the box and damaged the box and the other 2products. When I called the custemer service they said that we can't replace the products and if you want to get refund you have to pay the delivery costs. Was it my fault or yours? This was my 3rd watsons online shopping that I have similar problems and it was the last one!

Although 3 days have passed, there has been no response from the Watsons store. From my previous 2 negative experiences, I know that customer satisfaction is not their concern. I will try to resolve my issue by filing a complaint with the Arbitration Committee. The easiest way to avoid the hassle from stores with such policies is to never shop from them. This was my last time.

"When will a response be provided? You say a response will be provided here, but you do nothing. I really don't think I'll be shopping anymore. This big company cannot fulfill its responsibilities and ensure customer satisfaction."
