Watsons Online Store Canceled My Order

On Watsons' website, I put in an order for 507.33 TL and paid with my credit card. Today, the store sent me an SMS saying that my order was canceled because of a technical problem. I only asked for things that were in stock at the store; I didn't ask for anything that wasn't there. I already used my credit card to pay for the items. If you can't handle online shopping, close down your website. I want the items I ordered to be sent to my address, and I want the reward points I earned to be added to my card. I hope that Watsons will fix this mistake as soon as they can. I'm upset and disappointed with Watsons' online store and customer service because of this. It is not okay to cancel an order because of a technical problem and not offer a good solution. As a regular customer, I should get better treatment than this. I want Watsons to act right away and fix this problem.
