I recently ordered 10 bottles of 500ml Dove liquid soap and Rexona deodorant from Watsons's online store as part of a deal for 10 bottles of the same size. But they managed to make both of them bad. Even though I asked for 500ml, I only got 450ml of Dove soap. And when I asked for the powdered version of Rexona, I got the regular one instead. When I asked for a refund, they instead gave me 150 TL worth of points. Even though they told me I could use the points in the store, the card only had a month left on it, which was not much time. I couldn't find the points online when I tried to use them. After talking to the customer service robot for half an hour and getting nowhere, I went to the Pendik store to use the points, but they told me I couldn't. I finally went to the Watsons store in Tuzla, but the store manager there couldn't help me either. The whole thing has been frustrating, and I still haven't found a solution I'm happy with.
