Delayed Delivery and Frustrations with Watsons

I bought something from Watsons, and the remaining items were expected to cost more than 3000 Turkish liras by the 21st. My products, however, have yet to arrive. When I contacted their customer service, they directed me to the shipping company. However, when I contacted the shipping company, they claimed to be unaware of the situation. Is it my responsibility to contact the shipping company? I have no connection to them; I purchased and paid for the items from Watsons, and they are responsible for delivery. I've never encountered such a bad situation in my 15 years of online shopping across several countries. If things worsen, I'm ready to go to court! "The day I wrote the complaint, I was contacted, but then no one got back to me and the issue is still ongoing. The store official directs me to support, and support directs me to the store. Making a return shouldn't be this difficult."
