Delayed Delivery and Frustrations with Watsons

I bought something from Watsons, and the remaining items were expected to cost more than 3000 Turkish liras by the 21st. My products, however, have yet to arrive. When I contacted their customer service, they directed me to the shipping company. However, when I contacted the shipping company, they claimed to be unaware of the situation. Is it my responsibility to contact the shipping company? I have no connection to them; I purchased and paid for the items from Watsons, and they are responsible for delivery. I've never encountered such a bad situation in my 15 years of online shopping across several countries. If things worsen, I'm ready to go to court!
