Viagogo Sold Invalid Concert Tickets – Refund Requested

I purchased two tickets via Viagogo on 5 November 2025 for the Annen May Kantereit concert in Füssen on 30 July. I paid a very high price for these tickets, trusting that they would be valid and that we would be able to enter the event without any problems. My Viagogo order number is 626178105. When we arrived at the venue, we were not allowed to enter with the tickets bought through Viagogo. At the entrance, the barcode scanner showed an invalid error, and we were kept waiting on the side for a long time. The tickets were not accepted, and we ultimately had to pay again separately at the venue in order to get into the concert. Because of this, we experienced a lot of stress and frustration on the event day and also suffered a clear financial loss, as we paid twice for the same concert. I request a full refund of the total amount I paid to Viagogo for these invalid tickets, as well as the additional amount I had to pay at the venue, or at least reimbursement of the Viagogo ticket costs, and I expect an explanation as to how such a situation could occur.
