Vrbo Customer Service Complaint
On March 24th, I booked a two-night reservation for a house in Orlando via the Vrbo mobile app for March 27th and 28th. However, when I arrived at the rented house yesterday, I was surprised to discover that it was already occupied. When I called customer service, they told me my reservation had been canceled. How could this happen without any notice? Because of this neglect, my partner and I had to pay twice as much for a hotel. Customer care claims to have issued a notification email, however my mailbox is empty. They most likely sold the residence to someone who offered a higher price. Vrbo fails to safeguard its users from such unscrupulous acts, instead supporting the hosts.
