Volvo Failed to Fix My XC60 Air Conditioning and Showed No Urgency
Due to an air conditioning malfunction in my Volvo XC60, I tried to make an appointment with Mezcar, the authorized service center in Florya. Despite requesting urgent assistance because of the hot weather, I was given a very long appointment date and faced an indifferent attitude. Even though we purchased the vehicle from them and had all its maintenance regularly performed at Mezcar, despite the warranty having expired, this lack of interest and unpleasant communication was very disappointing. I then called the Arkas service center in Zeytinburnu, where the team said they could assist me immediately and asked me to bring in the car. They mentioned there would be a fee for inspection, but it would be waived if I had the repair done. They also criticized Mezcar for the long appointment wait and accepted my vehicle. However, when I called later in the afternoon, I learned that my car had not been inspected yet, and I took it back without it being checked. Despite this, I received an SMS stating that the service procedures were completed. This process has been ongoing for about a month, and the lack of attention and communication does not suit Volvo’s corporate reputation. I request that my complaint be forwarded to the responsible authorities at both Mezcar Florya and Arkas Zeytinburnu branches, and I would like to note that I will share these negative experiences with my acquaintances who own Volvos.
Despite there being many complaints, like the other complainants, we also did not receive a response to our complaint.
