I own a Volkswagen T-Cross that I purchased from the dealer just one month ago. When I received the vehicle, I was only given the spare key and the user manual in the glove compartment. I didn't receive a spare copy of the delivery form, a traffic kit, or any accessories in the trunk. Doğuş Oto, the dealer, failed to provide these essentials. Furthermore, my vehicle lacks a rearview camera, and I've learned that it cannot be installed as an accessory later on. The vehicle also features a voice command button on the steering wheel, but it doesn't function. As a result, my customer satisfaction has plummeted to zero. I'm left with several questions: Why is the voice command disabled? Why wasn't a backup camera included or offered as an accessory? Why aren't there options to add accessories? And why was there no traffic kit included upon delivery?
