Vodafone's Unfair Tariff Changes and Delayed Refund

For 1.5 months, Vodafone has not refunded my money that it has obtained by unfair gain. They change the tariff by calling without my approval (my mother uses the line), although my mother said that my daughter does not have a daughter and I do not understand, as if it was not enough, my money, which they said would be deposited within 24 hours 1.5 months ago, is still not deposited. As if that wasn't enough, they changed my tariff on June 23 and then changed it again. I have spoken to nearly 50 customer representatives and they keep saying it is in approval. I work for 2 days for the money they confiscated. Please come back now and stop victimizing us. There are hundreds of people like me who have complained about you! On August 31st, Mr. A******* switched to a 70₺ tariff as a solution, but vodafone had already put us what they were going to put us!
