No Refunds By Vodafone, It's Taking Forever
They said they would give me back my money in four business days, but guess what? That time has passed, and the money is still not in my bank account. What the heck is taking so long? This is not the first time Vodafone has left me hanging like this. This mess has happened to me before, and it's just not cool. When I try to talk to their customer service, it's like talking to a brick wall. No one seems to understand what is going on. I mean, Vodafone, get with the program! You guys said you'd give me back my hard-earned money, and I'm not going to let you off that easy. I have to pay my bills, you know. I feel like a total victim of their tricks because of this whole thing. It's not right to mess around with people's money in this way. Don't even get me started on how annoying it is to deal with their so-called customer service. It's like talking to a group of robots!
