Vodafone Charged Me Twice for the Same Paying Period
The last bill of my Vodafone line of ₺636.30 was withdrawn twice from my Garanti Bank and Ziraat Bank accounts on 15.11.2023. I contacted customer service many times and was asked to email the receipts and IBAN information to the document request form, which I did. Later, due to missing documents, I was asked for a photocopy of my ID and a signed petition, in addition to these. I shared my signed petition, identity information, back and front photos, receipts and asked for their return. It was said that the refund would be made within 4 business days, but still no refund. In the link they sent, the refundable fee was ₺636.30. When I just looked, the fee to be refunded was updated to ₺295. It's really incomprehensible that you're not refunding my ₺341 money without any explanation. It's been 17 days and still no solution. I want to close my line, but I cannot close it because this period continues.
