Vodafone Overcharged Me Unjustly

Vodafone charged my bill in July under the guise of "mobile payment," slapping me with an unexpected 330 tl fee. I'd never used such a service before! When I called, they asked if they could deactivate my "mobile payment," which I hadn't authorized in the first place. I immediately requested that the unapproved mobile payment be disabled, and they assured me that my next bill would return to my regular plan. However, when August arrived, I was in for another surprise. My bill had risen to an astonishing 420 tl, far in excess of my usual 70 tl tariff. They had mysteriously increased my charges. I'm now determined to fight for the cancellation of these arbitrary charges. Vodafone must correct this wrong and refund my hard-earned money.
