Vodafone's Poor Coverage, and Unresolved Billing Issues!
In Kahramanmaraş, an earthquake-prone region, I've been dealing with a Vodafone connectivity nightmare. We've been complaining about the poor signal for six months. Their response has been consistent: "Turn the modem on and off or reset it." We diligently followed their instructions, but the problem persists. We can't use the service, but they keep charging us. Customer service and the technical team are both completely unhelpful. They did not create a complaint during my conversation with a customer representative but simply logged it. There is a complete lack of accountability, and customer satisfaction is non-existent. The customer service team appears to be having difficulty understanding and addressing our issue. Do we really have to call them for the next six months? With unreliable coverage, ignored complaints, and ongoing billing issues, this Vodafone experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It's time to find a solution!
