Issues with Vodafone's Mobile Network and Web Access
My Vodafone internet connection has been giving me problems all the time for the past year. Even though I live on the second floor of a building in the middle of Istanbul, I often have network problems and problems. I have tried many times to get in touch with Vodafone's customer service, but nothing has changed and the problem still exists. Their plan is to keep raising the bill without giving us a way to stop it. This seems like a violation of our rights as customers. The people working in customer service have not been the least bit helpful in finding a solution to the problem. Vodafone's service and performance have both made me very unhappy.

Vodafone has been bombarding me with the same lies and messages for a year now. They constantly feed me with false promises, but in reality, they never solve any of my issues. The problem persists, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with Vodafone.
