Vodafone Fails to Deliver Signal in Earthquake Zone
I am currently in the earthquake-prone area of Hatay Iskenderun, and I am unable to switch providers due to the terms of my Vodafone contract. Despite paying at least 500 TL per month, I am extremely dissatisfied because I do not receive any signal in any location. The rain is pouring down in buckets even inside the tent where I'm staying. I've called Vodafone so many times that I've lost count of how many times I've done so. I'm not sure who I should complain to. I'm going insane. If I breach my contract with Vodafone, I will be subject to a 2,000 TL cash penalty. So, what exactly is this mechanism? I really need your assistance here. Thank you.
